Mi Dushi is a shallow, densely grown slope on the south-east side of Klein Bonaire, with little current and plenty of juvenile fish. The name is Papiamentu for my dear, and that is roughly the tone of the dive.
Mi Dushi is a beginner boat dive on Klein Bonaire: a broad, densely grown reef top at four to six metres and a calm slope to thirty metres.
A broad top at four to six metres with dense finger coral and fan coral. The slope runs gently to thirty metres with sponges and sea fans. Plenty of juvenile fish, cleaning stations and a turtle now and then.
In calm sea, year round. As a second dive or to snorkel from the boat.
Shallow and flat: no wall, no depth. Boat only, no facilities on Klein Bonaire.
Decisions on diveability, technique and health belong with STINAPA, a dive school or a doctor. This page only describes the conditions.
The south-east side of Klein Bonaire lies half in the lee; the tops here are broader and shallower than on the open west side. Papiamentu names appear on the map mainly where local divers were first to describe the site.
