Front Porch is the training site of Kralendijk: a flat entry, shallow water and a small wreck at seven metres that serves as the aim of the dive. Trainees make their first sea dives here, and it shows on the shallow part.

A sand strip with garden eels leads to a small overgrown wreck at seven metres. Behind it a reef top at eight metres and a calm slope to twenty-five metres. Around the wreck sit grunts, trumpetfish and now and then a frogfish.
Outside the course hours — early morning or late afternoon. In light wind the visibility over the sand flat is best.
Busy with course groups, which quickly spoils the visibility over the sand. The reef is visibly frequented and the little wreck is small. Facilities belong to the hotel.
Decisions on diveability, technique and health belong with STINAPA, a dive school or a doctor. This page only describes the conditions.
